To delete your TradePulse account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Delete from App

Open TradePulse App

Launch the TradePulse mobile application on your device

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings or Profile section in the app

Find Account Options

Look for "Account Settings" or "Privacy & Security"

Request Deletion

Select "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion"

Confirm Request

Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion request

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
  • You will lose access to all your business records and customer information
  • Consider exporting your data before requesting deletion
  • Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days
